The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. The location was great and unbeatable for Commerce, right by the restaurants, a casino, and the outlets. The stay was absolutely excellent.

I like the way clerks treated me when checking in/out, room was really clean and comfortable, manhattan restaurant has good food, nice gift shop, it is really complete!!!

The only negative thing you have is that your security didnt let me take pictures, it was weird to me, because when I have done that in another hotels it wasnt a problem!

The hotel is spotless and modern, with convenient private parking. The location is unbeatable, close to Disneyland, the airport, factory outlet shops, Disney, and major freeways heading north.

Great spot near the fountain by the parking lot, perfect for checking out the area. Also super close to one of LA's top outlet malls, Citadel Outlet, just a quick 2-minute drive away! 🛍️

Nothing I liked, room wasn't cleaned properly by house keeper even after informing management, food was good.

The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly. The room was perfectly clean with excellent breakfast. The hotel is located close to Disneyland, Universal Studios, Long Beach, the airport, and factory outlet shops.

My room was perfectly clean and featured a pleasant view. the hotel is in a great and unbeatable location close to common areas, Los Angeles, and a coffee shop.

every facility in house from entertainment to good food and good bars!

The location was comfy near many attractions. The staff here was really helpful. We were near close to LA's best outlet mall and the fountain near the car park.
